실마진연구소(이하 "운영자")는 셀러 마진 계산기(sajangtool.com)와 블로그(automatedearn.vercel.app), 그리고 유튜브 채널을 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- 문의 이메일: 이용자가 contact@linkonomy.xyz 또는 alexko3836@gmail.com 으로 문의를 보내는 경우, 보내신 메일 주소와 메일에 담아주신 내용을 문의 응대 목적에 한해 수집합니다.
- 서비스 이용 기록(자동 수집): 아래 3항의 분석 도구를 통해 방문 페이지, 유입 경로, 기기·브라우저 유형, 대략적인 지역 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다. 이름·연락처 같은 직접 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 마진 계산기에 입력하신 판매가·원가 등의 숫자는 이용자의 브라우저(localStorage)에만 저장되며 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적과 보관
- 문의 응대, 서비스 품질 개선, 방문 통계 파악 목적으로만 이용합니다.
- 문의 메일은 응대 완료 후 1년 이내 파기합니다. 통계 데이터는 분석 도구의 기본 보관 기간을 따릅니다.

3. 분석 도구 사용 고지

4. YouTube API 서비스 이용 고지
운영자는 자사 유튜브 채널에 영상을 업로드·관리하기 위해 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하게 되며, Google의 개인정보 처리에 관하여는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 해당 기능은 운영자 소유 채널의 업로드·메타데이터 관리에만 사용되며, 이용자(제3자)의 YouTube 계정·시청 기록·구독 정보에는 접근하지 않습니다.

1. Information we collect
- Inquiry emails — your email address and message content, used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Usage data (automatic) — pages viewed, referral source, device/browser type and approximate region, via the analytics tools in section 2. We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name or phone number.
- Values you enter into the margin calculator (price, cost, fees) are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers.
2. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics and Google Search Console for aggregated search data. These use cookies and similar technologies; the data is processed under Google's Privacy Policy. You may opt out via your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
3. YouTube API Services
We use YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on our own channel. By using our services you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- This access is used only for uploads and metadata management on channels we own. We do not access any third party's YouTube account, watch history or subscriptions.
- The only scope we request is
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. This is the minimum permission needed to upload a video; we do not request read, edit, delete or analytics scopes.
- We do not store data obtained through the YouTube API, nor use it for advertising, nor sell or transfer it to third parties.
- We do, however, store the OAuth refresh token and client credentials required for automated uploads in encrypted storage (GitHub Actions Secrets). They are loaded into memory only at run time, never written to files or logs, and the access token is newly issued on each run and discarded when the run ends. These tokens belong to our own account; we neither obtain nor retain any end user's tokens.
- You can revoke our application's access at any time via Google security settings.

5. Retention, rights and changes
- Inquiry emails are deleted within one year of the inquiry being resolved. Analytics data follows the tool's default retention period.
